Waconia Band Program Overview

The Waconia Bands offer students a rich and rewarding musical experience beginning in 5th grade and continuing through high school. Our program focuses on skill development, ensemble performance, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

• Bands perform regularly throughout the year.

• Students are encouraged to take part in the annual Solo and Ensemble Festival.

• Our program nurtures both musical excellence and personal growth.

Each year the Waconia Bands program supports 800+ students with concert band-based curriculum.
